Where do you go when you die?
I think that another world exists after we die. For example, it is heaven or hell or the next world.
Explain why do Japanese have death memorial services 1month, 1 year, 3 years, 7 years, etc. after a person's death?
Death memorial services are important ceremonies for the Japanese. First, almost all of Japanese very respect the ancestor, and think it is very important. So the Japanese is attaching importance to visiting a grave in life. Secand, the thing for the Japanese to do death memorial services are tradition. It is natural for the Japanese. Therefore, I think that a lot of people of a modern young person do not understand meaning and importance of death memorial services.
I am ashamed to say that I also do not understand it;( But I respect my ancestor very much.
